The yacht’s crew is the heart and soul of the large yacht industry.  Without trained and competent crew nothing can happen.  Yet the most common complaint from owners is their experience with the crew, and a very common complaint of the crew is poor management, lack of appreciation and stressful, difficult work conditions.  Obviously there is a huge disconnect that exists in this aspect of the industry.  Our crew services are designed to build a bridge between owners and crew, to facilitate a safe and harmonious working relationship and environment where crew may grow and flourish into their positions.
