Rick Thomas founded Nautical Structures in 1986 and was instrumental in building the business into a legacy brand. In 2022 Rick started the JMS Yachting USA company, working with JMS Ltd in Europe to build a successful and independent yacht management company. Going into 2024 Rick is taking on special projects to address current industry needs, including a focus on mental health resources and awareness for yacht crew worldwide. Rick Thomas is a proven business developer with extensive experience in the maritime industry and enjoys an exemplary record of success as a C-level strategic thinker and entrepreneurial executive.
